I’m definitely slipping

Hello my dumplings and once again Happy Wednesday. I think I have finally learned you can’t do a bunch of things at the same time. You can’t do laundry, write blog posts, do paper  crafting, take pictures of said paper crafting all while laughing and talking to a sibling. Well, you can’t after a certain age or while discussing certain things, I don’t know.  The thing is I forgot to include the picture in today’s blog post. It just lets me know I have to set aside a day to 1. Get my projects done , 2. To write my blog post and finally 3. Those can’t be on either laundry day or catch up with my sister day.  Now once upon a time Miss Hammie could have done this with her eyes closed and one hand tied behind her back. Well, perhaps not the paper crafting I really need both hands and to see what I’m doing. The point is while still quite the multi-tasker I think when it comes to all things related to crafting they all require too much attention to detail to be grouped with other tasks.

Anywho, here’s today’s ode to the Smitten Mittens bundle. I also used the Large Number bundle, in fact that’s where the Happy Birthday came from. The cardstock is Tranquil Tide and the dsp is from the Eastern Palace suite. That glimmer paper is retired, but you can use anything sparkly to add that extra little something.  I also used the Layering Circles dies and Whisper White cardstock for the sentiment which is stamped in Tranquil Tide. I’m very pleased with it and think you’ll love it.

I have no idea why I picked 21 for this card. I think it just seemed like when anyone turns 21 it’s a very special birthday.  Be good dumplings I’ll see you on Friday, so  TTFN
