This is my very first post and the stock photograph seems quite appropriate. Why? It feels that way because I feel like I’m in the middle of the ocean without a captain at the helm or Google to tell me what to do, that’s why! So what to do to actually start? An introduction perhaps. I am Miss Hammie, actually it’s Robbye Hamilton, the Miss Hammie story is a tad long and best saved for another time. I’m a retired elementary school teacher who enjoys crafting. Lots of people tell you they love crafting, I love my family and my dog I enjoy crafting. I sew a little, I crochet and I do paper crafting. This blog is going to spotlight my paper crafting. That simply means I’ll be posting photographs of different projects and telling you the why’s, why I made it, why I’m sharing it, why you should make one too and listing materials used and how to’s.
So here’s my personal invitation to come along on this journey, I did mention I’ve never blogged before right? First time blogger with a tendency to be a tad snarky and sarcastic, to borrow from the great Bette Davis “Strap yourselves in, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride”, but it’s also going to be fun otherwise why bother.
