Pineapples

Here’s to a marvelous Monday dumplings. The card I’m sharing today was done using more of the dsp from the Tutti-Frutti suite. This time Miss Hammie went with a pineapple theme and here it is.

The cardbase is Crumb Cake, 51/2” x 81/2” and scored at 41/4”. I love how the 5” x 33/4”  Lemon Lime Twist layer coordinates so beautifully with the Tutti-Frutti dsp. I used one of the scalloped circles from the Layering Circles Framelits Dies and our 13/4” punch to spotlight the sentiment. I was pleased with how this card turned out. By the by dumplings did you know that in olden days, and I mean even older than Miss Hammie, that pineapples were symbolic of welcome? Well they were.
