Twisted, for an ordinary word it has a lot of different meanings. Your hair can be twisted, a rope can be twisted even a person’s sense of humor can be twisted. However if you’re a paper crafter twisted takes on an entirely different meaning. Usually it means something in your project can be “twisted” into a different position. The project I’m going to share with you today is called a Twisted Easel card. To make the card I used one of the patterns from the Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper pack and Old Olive from the Delightful Daisy Cardstock pack. On the front of the card is a tiny sentiment from the Tabs for Everything stamp set that I cut out with the Classic Label punch. The sentiment inside the card is from the Eastern Beauty stamp set. I used the Layering Squares framelits to cut out the sentiment which was stamped on Whisper White cardstock. I layered that on a square made with Old Olive cardstock. This sentiment was popped up on Stampin Dimensionals.
I’ve decided that this week is going to be twisted week. So be prepared to see two more “twisted” cards. I’m sure there are lots more styles of twisted cards, but since I only promised to post three times a week I have only made three.
Thanks so much for stopping by, I hope you’ll subscribe and visit on Monday, Wednesday and Friday ( if you don’t I might slack off and not keep my promise). Leave me a comment on my card, I think it turned out pretty well. See you Wednesday.
Such fun, Robbye! What a great way to document your memories from this fun (and, I’m sure, twisted) trip. 🙂
