Happy Thursday dumplings. Did you miss me yesterday, because I missed you. I have to admit that I tried to get a post done, but I had a wee bit of an issue with my card. We have talked before about the two most popular cards, but what about a card that shows your good manners? You guessed it dumplings the ever popular, but oft times forgotten Thank You card. The two card stashes that I need to build are birthday and thank you with thinking of you running a scarily close third. The card that I created is a Thank You card. I made my card base from Thick Whisper White cardstock that was cut to 51/2” x 81/2”. I layered a 51/4” x 4” piece of Calypso Coral cardstock on my cardbase. My final layer is a piece of dsp from the Bubble and Fizz dsp pack. I stamped my Thank You sentiment from the Daisy Delight stamp set on a piece of regular Whisper White cardstock using Calypso Coral ink. I used one of the scalloped squares from the Layering Squares to cut out the sentiment.
I think after taking a peek you’ll want to make a few Thank You cards as well.
Now it’s time for reminders.
The Occasions catalog went live on January 3rd, that’s almost a month ago. If you’re like me then you’ve already done some shopping, but there are still items on your wish list. If you would like a copy to hold and if you’re like your dear Miss Hammie perhaps dream a bit over drop me and email. Not only will I send you an Occasions catalog, but also a copy of the Sale-a-Bration brochure.
Wondering exactly what Sale-a-Bration is? It’s a really fun promotion from Stampin’ Up. This brochure has exclusive products that you won’t find in any of our other catalogs. If you place a $50.00 order you get to pick a product from the $50.00 category. Spend $100.00 you can choose either two products from the $50.00 category or one from the $100.00 category. Another way to take advantage of the great exclusive Sale-a-Bration products is by getting a prepaid subscription to Stampin’ Up’s awesome monthly crafting kit Paper Pumpkin. Here’s the breakdown:
3-Month Prepaid Subscription
1 Free Level 1 Sale-A-Bration Item
6-Month Prepaid Subscription (saves $1 per month)
2 Free Level 1 Sale-A-Bration Items or 1 Free Level 2 Sale-A-Bration Item
12-Month Prepaid Subscription (saves $2 per month)
4 Free Level 1 Sale-A-Bration Items or 2 Free Level 2 Sale-A-Bration Items (Plus host benefits!)
Now that’s a deal that you just can’t beat. You get not only an exclusive stamp set each month in your Paper Pumpkin kit, but you can choose exclusive Sale-a-Bration products.
Finally the last thing I want to remind you of. Have you ever considered becoming a Stampin’ Up demonstrator? If you have , believe me Sale-a-Bration is the best time ever to do it. In fact Miss Hammie joined during this period several years ago. When you join you get to order a starter kit or what we call the “Ultimate Bundle”. Why do we call it the “Ultimate Bundle”? Stampin’ Up bundles save you 10%, the starter kit saves you about 60%. I’m sure you’re going “Come on Miss Hammie”, well let me break it down. The starter kit cost $99.00 and consists of $125.00 worth of products that you choose. It also includes all your business paperwork such as order forms, there are post cards, grid paper, everything you need at no cost to you. During Sale-a-Bration you can order two additional stamp set of any cost from either the Occasions or Annual catalogs. And if that’s not enough it’s shipped for $0 shipping and handling. Lastly anything that you order after joining you get at a discounted price. That’s right you now get a 20% discount on all your orders. You get to see the new catalogs first, you can participate in Demonstrator Pre-Sales. The perks of being a demonstrator go on and on. I can hear you now, “Miss Hammie it sounds great, but I can’t sell candy to children”. The beauty of Stampin’ Up my dumplings is no one is going to push you to sell, over 90% of all Stampin’ Up demonstrators are what we call Hobby demonstrators which basically means they love the products and love a discount. During Sale-a-Bration you can “test drive” it. You have until July 31st to decide if it’s for you. If you decide you want to give it a try I’m saving a spot on my team for you.
You can can join my team online by simply using the My Team link. If you have questions drop me an email and we can connect and discuss it.
Well dumplings it’s time to say

Thanks Brian, I thought placing them a little askew added something.
