Presidents’ Day

Hi dumplings, just popping in for a quick hi and to say oopsie I forgot.  Miss Hammie is going to be very honest, as I always am, since I retired from teaching holidays like today’s, Presidents’ Day, are totally off my radar. I no longer have to ask children to research a president and do an oral report to the class. I no longer have to say “No you can’t do the same one as Devante, pick someone else.” “Good grief my babies there have been enough presidents that no one has to do the same person. This isn’t about your favorite, just pick one.”  You can pretty much guess this wasn’t a favorite holiday of mine. Don’t get me started on your favorite Olympic athlete.  Anywho, I decided to make a card for Presidents‘ Day. Now let’s be honest a card would have to be oversized to accommodate Presidents’ Day much less Happy Presidents’ Day. So using Dapper Denim, what’s more American than denim, Whisper White and Real Red cardstock. The Large Letter Framelits dies and my Big Shot. I also used Tombow Multi-Purpose Glue and Dimensionals. I created this homage to Presidents’ Day.

I’m very happy with this and hope you my dumplings like it too. No business talk
