Festive Friday

Hello and good afternoon my sweet dumplings.  I’m calling it Festive, but it’s more like Frantic Friday.  So much to do and so little time. So let’s get straight to it.  Once again the card I’m sharing is a combination of old and new. I used my old faithful cardstock, Old Olive, for my card base. I layered a piece of dsp from the Tutti-Frutti dsp pack. I’m really going to miss that dsp, but please trust me when I say some gorgeous dsp is on the horizon. I used one of the Layering Ovals dies to cut out my sentiment. The sentiment is the Stampin’ Up Statement of the Heart and the stamp set will be in the new annual catalog. I added a little sparkle with a tiny rhinestone inside the tiny heart.  I had a bit of a hard time deciding which stamp set to use. Participating in OnStage meant I walked away from the event with several brand new stamp sets that won’t be available until June 1st. I also scored a stamp set I didn’t have by attending an event given by my upline, Brian King. Top that off with OnStage attendees were able to place an order for new products before everyone else. Miss Hammie is surrounded by goodies so choosing what to feature is a wee bit taxing.  That being said here’s what I made for today.

Now I’m off to the Post Office to Mail this and then it’s April Paper Pumpkin time.

So my sweet dumplings it’s TTFN, but check back later so you can see the new Paper Pumpkin projects. There are adorable 3 x 3 cards and little boxes. There’s still time to get in on the 50% off your first two kits. I’ll explain it all again later. Smooches
