Thank You Cards

Wonderful Wednesday my sweet dumplings. Today we’re going to visit the type of card that everyone should have on hand all the time. In fact you should have several along with envelopes and forever stamps. I know you’re thinking birthday and to be honest you should have a nice supply of those on hand, but I meant thank you cards.  Do you have any idea how wonderful it feels to be appreciated? Someone does something unexpected for you wouldn’t a lovely card with a handwritten note inside be a nice way to say thank you.  I have a few people that have done things I really appreciated, here are two of the cards that I made to send to them. I used dsp from the Share What You Love dsp pack. I used Mint Macaron and Petal Pink cardstock to make my card bases. The sentiment is from the Love What You Do stamp set. I stamped it in Tranquil Tide ink and then using the Big Shot and the next to largest oval die in the Stitched Shapes Framelits cut it out. I used Tombow Multi-Purpose liquid glue to adhere the dsp to the cardbase and Stampin’ Dimensionals to adhere the sentiment to the front of the card.

I am really pleased with how it all came together and I hope all my dumplings like them and get inspired to create and keep thank you cards handy. I’ve been considering offering a free pdf of one of my cards each week. It will give you the dimensions and the products that I used. If you think you might enjoy that let me know. I haven’t included any business references so far this week. However here’s a heads-up.  On Monday I used a stamp set that you could have gotten as a free gift with a fifty dollar purchase and now it’s gone forever, bye bye, you missed it. Well today is May 30 and all Retiring Products will go away forever too on May 31st at 11:59pm mountain time because our new annual catalog, where that beautiful dsp that I used today is, goes live on June 1st. There are some really deep discounts. There’s a link below to my online store. Use it and save yourself a dollar or two or you could join my team and score $125.00 worth of products that you select for $99.00 and you get free shipping. There’s a link below to do that too. As they say on game shows “The clock is ticking “. Be good dumplings until Friday when I share a few ideas for Father’s Day. TTFN
