Upright “Z” Fold Card

Hi crafters, followers, drop-ins, Hi everyone. It’s Wednesday and I’m continuing “Z” fold card week. Monday we did a regular “Z” fold card, today I’m going to highlight another type of “Z” fold card, the Upright “Z” fold card.

Once again I visited my retired products stash and used the Season of Style dsp paper stack. I also used the Snow Friends stamp set, love that little penguin and one of those little silver brads. My card base was made from Emerald Envy cardstock and my stamping was done on Whisper White cardstock.  That adorable penguin was stamped in Stampin’ Up Basic Black ink.  His scarf was done in Stampin’ Up Real Red ink. I also used a rhinestone to add a tiny bit of sparkle.

The Merry Patterns host set is a versatile set that you can earn by submitting an order of $300.00 or more. With the holiday season upon us, if you and several friends order the supplies you need to make your holiday cards it should reach the $300.00 mark.  You could also either hold a workshop in your home or online and invite friends and family to place their holiday ( or every day) orders to reach $300.00.  This promotion runs until Oct. 31st.

The next bit of business is about the October and November Paper Pumpkin kits. For the first time there will be coordinating Paper Pumpkin kits. We’ve been told that the two kits give you a head start on your Christmas card and gift giving. However the kits can be used as stand alones, but I’m planning to use them together. There’s about two weeks to subscribe and get the October kit since you need to subscribe by Oct 10th.  Don’t delay, don’t miss this.

Well that’s it for business. On Friday I’ll be posting my final “Z” fold card and showing you how to put a “Z” fold together. Sooo, see you all back here on Friday.
