Hello my sweet dumplings and I hope that you’re having a Sassy Saturday. As you know I’ve been away for a bit due to a family commitment. However I am back and we’re going to have a quick conversation about what’s going on with Stampin’ Up color-wise. Its really rather simple, Stampin’ Up has done a “Color Revamp”. Please note that I said “Revamp” not “Refresh”. We will be saying Hello to new colors, goodbye to colors we’ve grown accustomed to and welcome back to some old favorites. So in a nut shell:

I can almost hear you Mint Macaron lovers screaming and stomping with happiness. That’s how Miss Hammie feels about the return of Blackberry Bliss. I’m beside myself with happiness. Time for a little peek at the new colors, but before I do that I wanted to share this, Whisper White, Very Vanilla and Basic Black have been taken out of the Neutral Collection and other colors have been moved in. Which one is going to be your new go-to color? I will be sharing all the collections including the new colors soon. However if you just can’t live without more of the Retiring colors then go to my Online store and get them while, as they say, the getting is good.

I can’t believe they are retiring Tempting Turquoise!! (what am I going to do???) But…happy they are bringing back fun purples! Did you get to see/use new ink pads at your gathering recently?

Yes, I did get to try out the new stamp pad design. It’s basically the same width, but it’s not quite as long. They’re going to stack really easily now. While I don’t own either my understanding is they fit both the Stampin’ Up inkpad carousel and the Stamp ‘n Storage inkpad storage.

Thanks for the info! I have a Stamp N Store (clear lucite, holds 60 pads), so the width being the same is what would matter to me (YAY!). I will mourn Tempting Turquoise until they bring it back (and find another supplier for it!). Have a nice weekend, Miss Hammie!

I can understand, I mourned the loss of Blackberry Bliss. I’m ever so happy that it’s now part of one of the core collections.
